Starting out as Cascade Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC
in 1997, we concentrated on the vibrant retail real estate
market in Western Washington. In 2004, we formed Cascade
Commercial Properties, LLC to meet the needs of buyers and
sellers, landlords and tenants in the retail, office,
investment sales, and land development aspects of the
commercial real estate market. While the commercial real
estate industry continues to change and evolve, our core
business remains retail real estate.
